- Task completion history: When tasks are completed, by whom, and completion times
- Task assignments: Which users are assigned to specific tasks
- Room information: Room names, icons, and associated tasks
- Task approval requests: When tasks require approval before completion
- Daily effort settings: Your preferred effort levels for different days of the week
3. Subscription and Payment Information
If you purchase a premium subscription, we collect:
- Subscription status: Whether you have an active premium subscription
- Product ID: The subscription product identifier
- Purchase dates: Original purchase date and expiration date
- Trial status: Whether you're in a trial period
- RevenueCat user ID: Identifier used by our subscription service provider
Note: We do not collect or store your payment card information. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and we only receive confirmation of your subscription status.

Most of your data is stored locally on your device using SQLite databases. This includes:

Cloud Storage
For premium subscribers and data synchronization, we store data in the cloud using Supabase:
- User accounts and authentication data
- Tasks, rooms, and assignments (synced across devices)
- Subscription information
Data Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
